Low Sugar/Low Fat Chocolate Banana Parfait

Serving Size: 4


  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 package sugar free instant pudding
  • 2 cups cold skim milk
  • 3/4 cup thawed Cool Whip Sugar Free Whipped Topping


  • Instead of Cool Whip, use 2 egg whites with 1/4 cup of icing sugar


  1. Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min.
  2. Spoon half the pudding evenly into 4 dessert glasses; cover with layers of bananas and half the COOL WHIP. Top with remaining pudding and COOL WHIP.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
