Post Workout Smoothie

Ingredients
For one large glass of smoothie

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 scoops of greek yogurt (I used natural but you can also use vanilla)

Instructions

1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into glass and serve.
